Coalescence is the process of causing an agglomeration of liquid aerosolsto form larger droplets which are large enough to be drained away gravitationally

• Test Separator

Test Separator is a vessel which is used to separate and measure small amounts of oil and gas. with gas and liquid flowmeters are often provided for periodic measurement of the production rate from individual wells or groups of wells.

• 3 Phase Separator

A three- phase separator, uses gravity to separate produced well fluid into gas, oil, and water phases. Installation of these vessels occurs near the wellhead, and they come in horizontal and vertical configurations.

• Crude Oil Dehydrator

The removal of water or water vapor from crude oil, by separating the oil from the water, often in a rotating centrifuge. crude oil contains water that must be removed to levels that meet pipeline specifications before refining into upgraded petroleum products.

• Gas Sweetening

CO2 - H2S Removal is the process for the removal of mainly acid gases (H2S and CO2) and, in addition, the simultaneous removal of sulphur organic species (RSH, cos, CS2) from process gas. It is an essential step of sour gas processing for natural gas treatment, NGL recovery, LNGs, refineries and petrochemicals in order to meet transport and market specifications, to comply with environmental regulations for emissions and to control corrosion.

• Production Separator

A pressure vessel that is used for separating the fluid components of an oil and gas well stream into both gaseous and liquid constituents. The separators can be installed in either an onshore processing facility or on an offshore platform.

• Crude Oil Desalting

The first refining process applied to crude oil. The process removes salt, water and solid particles that would otherwise lead to operational problems during refining such as corrosion, fouling of equipment, or poisoning of catalysts.

• Water Treatment : Hydro cyclone

Cyclone separators are used to remove liquid and solid impurity substance in gas or liquid stream. The method can also be used to separate fine droplets of liquid from a gaseous stream.
